Využití metody Lean Startup a nástroje Lean Canvas pro vývoj inovativního produktu

V posledních letech se objevují nové přístupy k vývoji produktu, které se zaměřují na činnosti generující nápady a na zákazníka. Jedním z nich je metoda Lean Startup, která je v článku podrobně popsána spolu s metodou Lean Canvas. Hlavním cílem článku je demonstrovat aplikaci obou metod při realizaci nápadu vytvoření inovativního produktu zaměřeného na interaktivní výlety pro rodiny s dětmi. Článek popisuje, jak inovativní produkt procházel jednotlivými fázemi vývoje a jak byly principy metod Lean Startup a Lean Canvas aplikovány. V diskusi jsou pak zdůrazněny hlavní přínosy obou metod, které přispěly k úspěchu produktu. Podobné případové studie se začínají objevovat ve světě, v českém prostředí je ale tento článek ojedinělý.

Lean Startup and Lean Canvas Using for Innovative Product Development
Recently, new approaches to product development have emerged that focus on idea generation techniques and customer itself. One of them is the Lean Startup method that is described in this article along with the Lean Canvas method. The main goal of the article is to demonstrate the application of both methods to an innovative product development focused on providing interactive trips for families with children. The development of the product during individual phases is described and application of the Lean Startup and Lean Canvas principles is demonstrated. Finally, benefits of both methods contributing to the product success are discussed. Similar case studies start emerging worldwide, however in the Czech context are quite rare.
